The present invention relates to a process for preparing mineral salts containing beneficial components of wood and an oil component of microalgae comprising the steps of: (a) a pretreatment step of filtering and sterilizing seawater; (b) concentrating the filtered and sterilized seawater first; (c) concentrating the seawater while extracting useful components of the tree with concentrated seawater; a post-treatment step of filtering and sterilizing the concentrated seawater obtained in step (d); in step (e), inoculating and culturing the microalgae in the seawater filtered and sterilized, and then drying the concentrated seawater containing the cultured microalgae.
