Disclosed are a system of overseas direct purchase shopping and a method of overseas direct purchase shopping with a real-time individual customs clearance system capable of allowing a purchaser to directly purchase a product abroad through a computer or a mobile device. The method of overseas direct purchase shopping with a real-time individual customs clearance system includes: (a) a step (S10) of stocking overseas products in a product storage part before customs clearance so that the products do not pass the customs yet; (b) a step (S20) of exposing the products that have not passed the customs in the product storage part before customs clearance to an on-line shopping mall; (c) a step (S33) of, by the purchaser, inputting purchase information for the product selected by the purchaser of the products exposed to the domestic on-line shopping mall in step (b) into a personal computer or the mobile device, and processing the payment for the product; (d) a step (S40) of providing payment information on the product selected by the purchaser after the payment process in step (c) for a real-time customs clearance processing unit (270) of the domestic online-shopping mall (200) and a step (S42), by the real-time customs clearance process unit (270), of performing customs clearance; and (e) a step (S52) of requesting shipping from the real time customs clearance process unit (270) to the product storage part before customs clearance so that the product that passed the customs clearance in step (d) is delivered to the purchaser.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
