The present invention relates to a levan fructotransferase secretion expressing cassette including a nucleic acid for coding levan fructotransferase and a nucleic acid for coding a translational fusion partner (TFP); a vector including the cassette; a recombinant microorganism including the cassette or the vector; and a method for producing levan fructotransferase and difructose anhydride IV by using the recombinant microorganism. The recombinant microorganism of the present invention can secret and express recombinant levan fructotransferase at excellent efficiency by using a TFP, and can effectively generate difructose anhydride IV by making levan fructotransferase generated from the microorganism reacted with levan or by fermenting the microorganism in a culture medium including levan.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
