The present invention relates to a high-frequency and high-power signal generator which includes: a transformer having a primary coil terminal and a secondary coil terminal, wherein the primary coil terminal and the secondary coil terminal are coupled to each other by inductance; a pair of cross-coupled transistors having a drain connected to the secondary coil terminal and a source connected to a ground, and cross-coupled to each other, wherein an output terminal is formed in the drain; and a pair of Colpitts transistors having a drain connected to a power source, a gate connected to the primary coil terminal, and a source connected to the secondary coil terminal. According to the present invention, a high-frequency or high-output signal oscillator can be constituted by providing a feedback on a voltage of the source of the serial Colpitts oscillator to the gate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
