If a deliverer sends an arrival expectation message to a receiver or a delivery requester, the receiver or the delivery requester generates an unlocking code to unlock a smart good locker as a QR code and transmits the QR code to the deliverer. The present invention relates to a method for inputting or outputting goods by opening a digital lock of the smart goods locker by reading the QR code on a screen of a smart phone of the deliverer, on a scanner of the smart good locker by the deliverer. Accordingly, the present invention can promote a safe state of the goods locker because the receiver or the delivery requester transmits the unlocking code which is the QR code to the deliverer.
