METHOD OF CULTIVATING BEAN SPROUTS USING ACORN DEPOSIT

The present invention relates to a method of cultivating bean sprouts using acorn deposits. Regarding the method of cultivating the bean sprouts, the bean sprouts are cultivated using diluted water where the acorn deposit is diluted which is provided at least once or more than once per day. Existing methods using growth promoters or pesticides result in the bean sprouts which are dowdyish having heads separated in two. Unlike existing methods, the present invention can manufacture the bean sprouts which have unseparated heads and few branch roots and it is also possible to manufacture the bean sprouts in bulk with good growth and mouthfeel having little stink of fish after boiling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
