The present invention relates to a charging system for a vehicle, linkable to a rear camera and a portable device. The charging system for a vehicle, linkable to a rear camera and a portable device according to the present invention comprises: a gear condition sensing part connected to a gear device for the vehicle and generating a reverse gear signal if a rear gear is sensed; and a control part which controls rear recording of the vehicle by the rear camera according to the reverse gear signal, displays a rear video generated by the rear camera on a screen of the portable device, and controls the supply of operational power from a power device for the portable device.
