The present invention relates to a system for making international IP-exchange between international IP-firms in international patent application and a method thereof. An internet website for facilitating IP-exchange information is comprised. The website includes an information input unit which inputs new outgoing information and an information requesting unit in which the inputted information is arranged. An information request button is formed in the information requesting unit. If the information requesting button is clicked, the exchange information is automatically transmitted to an information requester and an information input person by a computer program of the website. Therefore, the present invention can make smooth IP-exchange by smoothly transmitting and receiving the information through the website and also, can perform a fair trade in an international patent application field.
