PURPOSE: An internal phone call service system including a connected number within a mobile terminal is provided to use the mobile terminal offering the international telephone call service for servicing the international phone. CONSTITUTION: A first international provider network(40), an operation server(50), a first communication network(60), and a received terminal are located on a first station. A mobile terminal, a second station communications network, and a second international business catching network are located on the second station. The mobile terminal in which the international roaming is performed roamed international is the second station by the second station mobile carrier, the global roaming service is a message received.
