PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an international shipping support system, international shipping support method and international shipping support program for reducing time and efforts when shipping an article overseas.;SOLUTION: If an HS code is registered correspondingly to a JAN code acquired together with shipping destination information, the HS code is acquired by a control section 21 of an overseas shipping support server 20 but if not, HS code estimation processing is executed on the basis of the JAN code. During the HS code estimation processing, if there is an HS code corresponding to an article name of the JAN code, the HS code is specified by the control section 21 but if there is no corresponding HS code, an HS code of an article name coincident with keywords included in the names of a middle classification and a large classification of JAN codes is extracted.
