Feed additive for raising eels comprising dry powder of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor as effective component and uses thereof

The present invention relates to a feed additive for raising freshwater eels comprising powder of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor as an effective component, to a feed composition for raising freshwater eels which is combined with the feed additive for raising freshwater eels, and to a method of raising the freshwater eels by feeding the feed composition for raising freshwater eels to the freshwater eels. According to the present invention, the freshwater eels which were fed the feed composition for raising freshwater eels comprising powder of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor showed improved growth rate and feed efficiency, thereby leading to direct benefits in an aquaculture industry of freshwater eels.
