The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented tea using leaves of Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev., intended to provide increased inherent pharmaceutical efficacy of Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. The present invention further relates to the fermented tea thereby. To this end, the method for producing the fermented tea using the leaves of Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. comprises the following steps: an ingredient preparation step; a cutting step; a withering step; an aging step; a hot air drying step; a first roasting step; a second roasting step; a third roasting step; and a fermentation step.
