The present invention relates to an additional electric power supply system during a liquor process and, more specifically, to an additional electric power supply system during a liquor process, which fixes a microorganism fuel cell inside the center of a liquor barrel, and supplies electric power required for operating a monitoring system including temperature management during a process using the microorganism fuel cell which produces electricity by using microorganisms during a fermentation process.
