Disclosed is an apparatus for generating a single executable drawing review file. The apparatus for generating a single executable drawing review file includes: a conversion unit for receiving CAD data and converting the CAD data into drawing data of a predetermined format; and a generating unit for generating the single executable drawing review file by receiving a drawing viewer for outputting the drawing data and the drawing data to an output device. According to the apparatus, even if a CAD tool and a CAD viewer are not installed in a users computer, the user can review the drawing data using the single executable drawing review file. That is, a distributor may distribute the drawing data that is required to be reviewed to the user in the form of the single executable drawing review file.
