ERGIC3 Pharmaceutical composition comprising ERGIC3 inhibitor for preventing and treating cancer

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising an ERGIC3 inhibitor, a gene therapy agent, a drug carrier, and an aerosol formulation thereof. The ERGIC3 inhibitor of the present invention induces ER stress in cancer cells and thus induces the autophagy of the cancer cells, thereby being able to inhibit the proliferation of the cancer cells and promote death of the cancer cells. In particular, normal cells do not induce such autophagy, thereby being able to be usefully used as a cancer cell-specific therapeutic agent without toxicity.
