The present invention relates to a plasmonic photocatalytic substrate including a plasmonic light-absorber. The plasmonic photocatalytic substrate comprises: a substrate; a plurality of nanorods made of polymers, formed on the substrate, and tilted in an irregular direction; and a metal-containing thin film formed on surfaces of the substrate and the plurality of nanorods. Nanogaps having various sizes is formed between a nanorod and a neighboring nanorod, and some nanogaps among the plurality thereof is tilted toward the top or the bottom. According to the present invention, the plasmonic photocatalytic substrate can be produced in a large scale and is capable of absorbing light with a wide range of wavelength at high efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
