The present invention relates to an educational system for attracting interest of children and enhancing a learning effect, by using an actually-moving toy which is not graphics, characterized by comprising: a capacitive type toy having conductive wheels and a wireless receiver; a capacitive type touch monitor for displaying a background screen and sensing the conductive wheels of the toy; an educational application for processing location and orientation data of the toy, and wirelessly controlling the toy; and a PC in which the educational application is operated, and which is equipped with an interface device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
