摘要

PURPOSE: A capacitive type touch detecting mean, a method and touch screen panel using level shift, and a display device embedding the capacitive type touch screen panel are provided to improve a touch resolution by calculating a touch occupancy of a touch tool by the size of the level shift.;CONSTITUTION: A sensor pattern(10) forms touch capacitance between a touch tool and forms a common electrode electrostatic capacity between the common electrode which has common voltage. A recharge mean(12) accumulates electric charge to the electrostatic capacities. A level shift detector(14) detects a level shift generated on the voltage change of the sensor pattern due to the common voltage and obtains a touch signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
