The present invention relates to a mass production method of a porcine circovirus type2 (PCV2) vaccine by using an ORF2 gene of codon-optimized PCV2, a vaccine composition for preventing PCV2 infection disease, and a method for preventing PCV2 infection disease by injecting the vaccine composition into a pig. According to the present invention, when the ORF2 gene of the codon-optimized PCV2 is used, an expression amount in an insect cell is increased by 10 times compared to a case that an ORF2 gene of a normal PCV2 is used. Therefore, a large amount of the PCV vaccine can be produced by using the ORF2 gene of the codon-optimized PCV2. The vaccine composition, manufactured by using the method of the present invention, has excellent antibody generation ability and virus defense ability and thus can be advantageously used for preventing PCV2 infection disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
