The present invention relates to multi real-time detection primer for oral disease-associated bacteria, and a probe therefor. The present invention further relates to a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) composition containing the same, and a real-time PCR method using the same. To this end, the real-time detection primer set for oral disease-associated bacteria is selected from the group consisting of: a primer set for detecting Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans including a base sequence represented by sequence number 1 and 2; a primer set for detecting Porphyromonas gingivalis including a base sequence represented by sequence number 3 and 4; a primer set for detecting Tannerella forsythia including a base sequence represented by sequence number 5 and 6; a primer set for detecting Treponema denticola including a base sequence represented by sequence number 7 and 8; a primer set for detecting Prevotella intermedia including a base sequence represented by sequence number 9 and 10; and a primer set for detecting Fusobacterium nucleatum including a base sequence represented by sequence number 11 and 12.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
