The present invention relates to a lighting system which helps a synthesis of vitamin D based on the amount of ultraviolet light to which a user is exposed during a daily routine of the user. The lighting system comprises: a lighting part which generates the ultraviolet light; a controlling device which can control the brightness of the lighting part and the intensity of included ultraviolet light; a sensing part which communicates with the controlling part, and senses the amount of the ultraviolet light to which the user is irradiated by being worn to the user; and a mobile device which communicates with the controlling part and the sensing part, and on which an application calculating an optimum ultraviolet light amount for the user based on information input by the user and data from the sensing part is installed.
