The present invention relates to a device for determining a synthesized amount of vitamin D. To this end, the device for determining synthesized amount of vitamin D comprises: a storage part for storing a determined amount of ultraviolet (UV) B; an operation control part for calculating synthesized amount of vitamin D using the determined amount of UV B stored in the storage part, and comparing the calculated and synthesized amount of vitamin D with required dose of vitamin D so as to output achievement state of vitamin D; and an output part connected to the operation control part and outputting the achievement state of vitamin D output from the operation control part.
