The present invention relates to an apparatus for determining the amount of synthesized vitamin D. The apparatus for determining the amount of synthesized vitamin D comprises: a storage unit for storing a determined amount of ultraviolet light B; an operation control unit for calculating the amount of the synthesized vitamin D by using the determined amount of the ultraviolet light B stored in the storage unit, and outputting a vitamin D achieved-state by comparing the calculated amount of the synthesized vitamin D with an amount of daily required vitamin D; and an output unit that is connected to the operation control unit and outputs the vitamin D achieved-state output from the operation control unit.
