The present invention relates to a method for measuring multiple signals of PCR on single fluorescence. A digital PCR has the advantage of analyzing a large amount or various samples and performing various inspection factors at a time, but is limited in utilization as the implementation cost is higher than existing real time PCR methods. A method for single measurement of multiple signals using the digital PCR can measure multiple signals in a single well, and thus reduces realization costs of the digital PCR, and can eliminate the experimental error caused by using a plurality of wells, thereby being expected to improve the accuracy of results.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
