The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing thermal conduction electromagnetic shielding paint for a semiconductor composed of copper, nickel, CNT and graphene. The thermal conduction electromagnetic shielding paint for a semiconductor comprises nickel coated on the surface of a copper powder, CNT cultured on the surface of the nickel, and graphene formed on the copper powder in which the CNT has been cultured. When the coating paint prepared by the present invention is coated on a heat discharging body of the semiconductor, the heat generated by a semiconductor device is effectively discharged, and there are remarkable effects that the electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise is reduced and the electromagnetic wave is shielded to lengthen the lifetime of the electronic device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
