The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing thermal conduction electromagnetic shielding paint for a semiconductor composed of copper, nickel, CNT and graphene. The thermal conduction electromagnetic shielding paint for a semiconductor comprises nickel coated on the surface of a copper powder, CNT cultured on the surface of the nickel, and graphene formed on the copper powder in which the CNT has been cultured.
