The present invention relates to a yaw motion control method and apparatus for a vehicle using a suspension. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle control method comprises the following steps of: calculating roll angle and roll angular velocity of a vehicle by using state information of the vehicle; setting different damping forces to be applied to a front wheel attenuator and a rear wheel attenuator for performing a first mode or a second mode according to signs of the roll angle and the roll angular velocity; and controlling the front wheel attenuator and the rear wheel attenuator in consideration of the damping forces. In the first mode, a damping force smaller than a front wheel reference force is set for the front wheel attenuator, and a damping force bigger than a rear wheel reference wheel is set for the rear wheel attenuator.
