The disclosed method of playing the online game for repetitive learning comprises: a step in which a user terminal generates a character manipulation event including an attack event or a defense event in accordance with a character manipulation command by a user in a role-playing game, and transmitting the character manipulation event to a role-playing game server; a step in which the role-playing game server receives the game event from the user terminal; a step in which the user terminal selects the foreign language to be learned, and transmits the foreign language to the role-playing game server; a step in which the role-playing game server generates a learning event corresponding to the received game event, the learning event including learning materials composed of a word or a sentence composed of the selected foreign language and a word or a sentence composed of the mother language; a step in which the role-playing game server transmits the generated learning event to the user terminal; a step in which the user terminal receives the learning event; a step in which the user terminal outputs the word or the sentence composed of the foreign language included in the received learning event in place of a sound effect in accordance with the character manipulation command by the user, and displays the word or the sentence composed of the foreign language and the word or the sentence composed of the mother language on a screen; a step in which the user terminal receives a voice of a user who pronounces the word or the sentence composed of the foreign language, and transmits the voice of the user to the role-playing game server; and a step in which the role-playing game server compares the voice of the user with a voice of a native speaker stored in advance, and transmits a degree of matching pronunciation to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
