A base station apparatus integrated with an antenna for a mobile communication network comprises: a case which has electrical and electronic devices for receiving signal processing and forms at least a part of the appearance of a base station device; an antenna which is on one side of the case to adjust a slope, has an outer appearance by a radome, includes at least one radiation element, and transmits and receives a radio signal; a case fixing device which fixedly attaches the case to an external support; and an antenna fixing device which fixes the antenna to the case to adjust a slope. It is possible to improve the convenience of an installation work and reduce a working time.
