The present invention relates to an automatic candlelight height adjustment device and a seating plate using the same, the automatic candle height adjustment device comprising: an upper case portion and a lower case portion having an inner spatial part into which a candle that is a heating element can be inserted; a height adjustment elastic element and candle holder capable of adjusting the height of the candle; and a seating portion of a chair shape in which a heat accumulation dispersing portion is installed. The automatic candle height adjustment device is economical by using a candle as a heating element, and constantly maintains the height where the heating element is heated without additional operation while preventing eccentric combustion of the candle at the same time so as to constantly maintain fire power transferred to the seating portion such that uniform heat can be transferred to a user′s body by circulation of heated air. Also, it is possible to prevent flame of a burning candle from being lost by strong wind introduced from the outside while simultaneously enabling a user to easily recognize a combustion state and the residual amount of the candle so as to improve user convenience. In addition, it is possible to easily adjust the degree of combustion of the candle to effectively control a heating temperature, and at the same time, to automatically close the top end of the automatic candlelight height adjustment device when the automatic candlelight height adjustment device is separated by external force during use.
