The present invention relates to an automatic candlelight height adjustment device and a seating plate using the same, the automatic candle height adjustment device comprising: an upper case portion and a lower case portion having a space portion into which a candle can be inserted; a candle holder capable of adjusting the height of the candle; and a seating portion in which a heat accumulation dispersing portion is installed. The automatic candle height adjustment device is economical by using a candle as a heating unit, and uniformly transfers heat to a user's body by keeping heat transfer by an air convection and a heat generation position of the candle constant, such that the automatic candle height adjustment device may be used for medical purposes such as maintenance of body temperature and relaxation of muscles in outdoor activities. Furthermore, the automatic candle height adjustment device keeps the heat generation position of the heating unit constant so as to heat a seating plate without any separate operation, thereby improving convenience of use.
