Provided is a method for producing a coconut oil steamed rice cake, a coconut oil pancake, a coconut oil gimbap, a coconut oil food, and a coconut oil mixed pancake pizza, which are helpful to lower the risk of vessel diseases and heart diseases by means of the effectiveness of heavy chain fatty acid contained in coconut oil, to diet by promoting metabolism and facilitating adipolysis, can improve immunity of a human body, and can help skin health and beautification. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing grain powder by sequentially washing grains in water, soaking the washed grains for a predetermined period of time, taking out the soaked rice, removing the water from the soaked grains, adding salt to nonglutinous rice having water removed therefrom, and then uniformly mixing the grains; producing coconut oil mixed grain powder by mixing the grain powder with water of about 40C, 115 g of milk or vegetable juice, 30 to 70 g of coconut oil of about 40C, and 30 to 70 g of sugar; and producing a coconut oil steamed rice cake by putting and steaming the coconut oil mixed grain powder in a steamer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
