Fast food cooking apparatus with a liftable steam nozzle

The present invention relates to an instant food heating and cooking apparatus with a liftable steam nozzle capable of safely and effectively cooking a food by having an independent sealing structure. The apparatus comprises: a body in which the internal space is divided into a front space and a back space by a vertical frame and the front space is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion by a horizontal division plate horizontally extended to the front of the vertical frame; an electric field unit having a steam generating unit and a hot water generating unit installed on a front upper portion in the body and having a cooling water storage tank installed at the rear in the body; and a cooking unit divided into a first cooking space and a second cooking space through a partition on a front lower portion in the body and having an opening and closing stem heating unit in the first cooking space and an opening and closing induction heating unit in the second cooking space. The steam generating unit additionally comprises a steam nozzle which ascends and descends in upper and lower directions.
