The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing antidiabetic tea using Momordica charantia, Arctium lappa, and Orysa sartiva, which is economical and can provide tea containing antidiabetic components by roasting and mixing Momordica charantia, Arctium lappa, and Orysa sartiva, which have been cut, in order to manufacture tea which enables a user to drink effective ingredients contained in Momordica charantia, Arctium lappa, and Orysa sartiva, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a step (S1) for preparing Momordica charantia, Arctium lappa, and Orysa sartiva, which have been roasted and pulverized, respectively; and a step (S2) for mixing 10-15% of Momordica charantia prepared in the step (S1), 15-20% of strongly-roasted Arctium lappa, 10-15% of moderately-roasted Arctium lappa, and 40-50% of Orysa sartiva.
