The present invention relates to the extracts that an adhesive contains yellowfin tuna skin, are a marine materials, to a production method. According to the present invention, the excellent biocompatibility of adhesive exhibits and be effective to tissue adhesion, therefore enable the production that can be easily used in the natural adhesive of medical domain.
