The present invention relates to a composition, a kit and a method for predicting a risk of preterm delivery comprising preparations of measuring a methylation level of CpG parts of one or more types of genes selected from the group consisting of Integrin alpha-11 (ITGA11) and Thrombospondin-2 (THBS2) from a sample of a mother. The composition can contribute to preventing preterm delivery by developing a preterm delivery predicting marker of suggesting a risk of preterm delivery from a mother.
