The present invention relates to a lotus lantern hanging tool and a lotus lantern including the same, comprising: a housing; a battery installed inside the housing; a lamp electrically connected to the battery and exposed outside the housing; and one or a pair of hanging members installed on an upper surface of the housing. Accordingly, the present invention may help to easily hang a lotus lantern to a line, and the lotus lantern is not separated from the line or damaged by strong wind, such that the lotus lantern hung to a line is stably maintained. Moreover, the present invention may help to easily couple and separate the housing, and thus be convenient.
