A tolerance ring (122) is disclosed that includes a generally cylindrical body (302) having a side wall (304). The side walls form the top and bottom. The sidewalls also include a plurality of corrugated structures 322 extending from the sidewalls, a plurality of unformed regions 340, and a gap 314 extending along the body length. Each unformed zone is disposed between a pair of adjacent corrugated structures. In addition, the gap forms partitions in the body. The tolerance ring further includes at least one hole (342) that intersects the at least one waveguide structures to form a perforated waveguide structure.
