The present invention relates to a self-dimming device of an LED lighting lamp which can reduce management costs as well as prevent light pollution caused by unnecessary lighting. The present invention provides the self-dimming device of the LED light lamp comprises: an SMPS installed in the lighting lamp of a public facility having a street lamp, a security lamp and a tunnel lamp to supply power to the lighting lamp; and a dimming controller controlling supply time and voltage of the power supplied to the lighting lamp by the SMPS to control the lighting time and brightness of the lighting lamp, wherein the dimming controller includes: a microprocessor provided with a control program controlling on/off and brightness of lighting by each lighting time band according to signals received from GPS receiving modules; a brightness signal output unit controlling the SMPS by the control program of the microprocessor; the GPS receiving module receiving the GPS signals, calculating the position of the sun in accordance with the position where the lighting lamp is installed, transmitting the position of the sun to the microprocessor and controlling the lighting of the lighting lamp; a remote signal receiving unit receiving the lighting time and the brightness control signal of the lighting lamp from a remote controller; and the remote controller inputting the lighting time and the brightness control signal of the lighting lamp set in the control program of the microprocessor via the remote signal receiving unit.
