The present invention relates to a thermal battery using a fluorinated carbon electrode and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a thermal battery which can be easily manufactured as a series of melting, grinding, particle size classification, and press molding processes for a mixture including fluorinated carbon (CF_x) in eutectic salt, which is the binder of an anode as an anode active material.
