The present invention provides a guanidine polymer comprising a guanidine group or a bioganidine group substituted with ¹³ C, and is characterized in that it comprises a guanidine group-containing polymer PGH (Oligo- [2- (2-ethoxy) -ethoxyethyl] -Guanidinium Chloride), PHMG (Polyhexamethylene Guanidine) oligomer and PHMB (Polyhexamethylene Biguanide) oligomer content based on MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.
