The present invention provides a guanidine group which was substituted and labeled as ^13C, or a guanidine-based polymer which comprises a biguanidine group. The present invention relates to a quantitative analysis, based on a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry, of an amount of an oligo-[2-(2-ethoxy)-ethoxyethyl]-guanidinium chloride (PGH), a polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMG) oligomer, and a polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) in the guanidine-based polymer included in household goods.
