The present invention relates to a device for forming remains powder, and a method therefor. The forming device comprises: a lifting plate lifted by one hydraulic cylinder; a forming container mounted on the lifting plate of enabling a support frame to be fixated; a forming rod fixated to an upper end of the support frame; a forming container fixing means; and an adapter for extracting a remains powder forming body. According to the present invention, the present invention can forms the pure remains powder without additives as it is and enables the remains powder forming body to be closely covered by a thermosetting resin film in order to prevent deformation even if time is elapsed and block outdoor air to prevent the remains powder from being spoiled and decomposed and have the reduced number of components. Moreover, the present invention has a simple structure and minimizes a portion to be cleaned to enable a work to be easily performed.
