FIELD: medical equipment.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, in particular, to methods and devices for the visualization based on x-ray stereoscopy, and can be used in cardiac surgery for three-dimensional visualization of internal heart chambers, vessels, surgical endocardial instrument and maps of the electrical activity of the myocardium in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias by the method of catheter ablation. Visualization is due the fact that stereo pairs of x-ray images of area of examination are combined with the given weight coefficients and visualized using stereomonitor system that are received while scanning the area of examination from two directions, corresponding to angles of the stereoscopic vision with images’ stereo pairs, which are obtained by rendering 3D objects belonging to the same region of the examination for the directions corresponding to the angles of x-rays. Thus 3D-objects are obtained directly during the process of examination and performance of cardiac surgery in the form of three-dimensional surfaces of respective inner surfaces of the heart chambers and blood vessels, belonging to the area of examination, for which in the chambers and vessels of the heart administer surgical instruments representing endocardial electrodes, carry out the manipulation of the electrodes inside the heart chambers and vessels and simultaneously obtain stereo pairs of x-ray images of the area of examination on which there are shadow marks at the positions of the electrodes, on which calculate and store the three-dimensional coordinates of a plurality of positions of electrodes in different positions. On the stored set of positions create three-dimensional surface of the organ being examinated on which render settings of electrogram, for each of the stored position compare electrogram, registered by the electrode in the corresponding position. Visualization device comprises x-ray unit, that make it possible to create stereo pairs of x-ray images of the area of examination, unit for rendering 3D objects,unit of aligning x-ray stereo pairs with stereo pairs of unit for rendering 3D objects creating in the form of the weighted sum of two combined images for transmission and visualization via stereomonitor device. Following units are additionally installed: unit for synthesis of 3D objects in a form of three-dimensional surfaces of organs, unit determining three-dimensional coordinates of endocardial electrodes and unit recording the electrograms, coupled with endocardial electrodes, placed in the inner space of the organs belonging to the area of examination.;EFFECT: use of inventions allows to improve the accuracy and reduce time to perform manipulation of hovering the surgical tool to the target for ablation in conditions when there is no possibility to perform direct visual observation of the tool and the field of arrhythmias in the myocardium.;8 cl, 5 dwg
