FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a food product involves mixing the extracts of wild and cultivated berries with natural honeydew honey and citric acid, at the following ratio of components, wt %: natural honeydew honey - 10, food citric acid - 0.1, berry extracts - the rest.
