Process for manufacturing a load bar manufactured with resin reinforced with fibres, comprising a mandrel (1) formed by a foam core (2) and two metal terminals (5), laminating an ensemble of fabrics made of dry fibres (10) which fit tightly to the mandrel in such a way that they maintain a controlled thickness in the pre formed ensemble, winding 5 a layer of highly resistant filament fibres with high tension in such a way that they press the dry fabrics into mechanised openings (7) in the metal terminals (5) which act as fibre traps, transferring a liquid resin and polymerising said resin in order to consolidate the piece in a closed ensemble of the mould and counter mould.
