摘要

Bulk materials and topocomposites (materials with Cr-O and Ti-N coatings deposited by the vacuum ion-plasma technique) were tested. The tribological properties and load-carrying capacity of the coatings were evaluated using different test schemes including sliding, rolling with slip, and rolling. Different kinds of damage and failure of the coatings are revealed when increasing load from zero to a specified value.
