The glove has an inner hand part, an upper hand part and supporting elements arranged in an area of finger spines. The supporting elements comprise pressure resistant elements and develop locking action for supporting fingers against bending towards the back of hand in a stretched finger position, where the elements are arranged on a strip. The strip is made from plastic material, and comprises breadth of 5 to 15 mm. The elements comprise a conical strip guide, and a contact surface is formed between the elements, where the strip has height of 0.5 to 2.5 mm. An independent claim is also included for a supporting element comprising pressure resistant elements.
