PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene expression controlling method for red fluorescent protein.;SOLUTION: Nucleotide including base sequence having sequence number 1 which codes a binding molecule to red fluorescent protein of monomer and base sequence which codes an N-terminal fragment of gene expression controlling protein is translated. Further, nucleotide including base sequence having sequence number 2 which codes a binding molecule to red fluorescent protein and base sequence which codes a C-terminal fragment of gene expression controlling protein is translated.
