PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately and objectively evaluate the work operation quality of the worker and the product quality in the process of the manufacturing line.SOLUTION: Reference motion data which is work operation data serving as an evaluation criterion for a process to be measured and which includes information on variability allowances for a plurality of operations included in the process is prepared. At the time of evaluation, work operation data of the worker who executes the process is acquired. Then, work operation indicated by the work operation data of the worker is evaluated by using the reference motion data, and the evaluation result is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
