PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a distilled liquor containing a significant amount of Japanese pepper components.SOLUTION: The problems is solved by using Japanese pepper wherein: in 1000 mL of edible alcohol prepared to have a 45% alcoholicity, immersed is 20 g of Japanese pepper for 15 hours, to obtain a solution having an absorbance or Labvalue within a specific numerical range.SELECTED DRAWING: None
